Welcome to OBGYN LIBRARY. These Terms & Conditions  govern your access to and use of https://www.obgynlibrary.com/ and any digital downloads and paid subscription content we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a subscription or digital downloads.

3) Accounts

You may need to create an account to access paid content. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

4) Digital downloads & subscription access

We provide:

  • Digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, documents, learning materials), and

  • Paid subscription access to digital content.

Access may be provided immediately after successful payment. We may update, change, or remove content and features from time to time.

5) Payments, auto-renewal & cancellation

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select until you cancel.

Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through your account/subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you may retain access until the end of the current paid billing period (unless your plan states otherwise at checkout).

Prices, taxes, and billing frequency are shown at checkout and/or in your account.

6) No refunds

All purchases are final. Digital downloads and subscriptions are not refundable, including where:

  • you did not use the download/subscription,

  • you forgot to cancel before renewal,

  • you no longer need the content, or

  • your circumstances change.

If you have trouble accessing content you paid for, contact us at drsharon@gmail.com and we’ll try to help restore access.

7) License, permitted use, and restrictions (no sharing)

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

  • share, resell, redistribute, publish, upload, or forward our content,

  • share your account or allow others to access content through your login,

  • copy or reproduce content except as permitted by law,

  • bypass paywalls or security features,

  • use the Services unlawfully or in a way that infringes rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse or a violation of these Terms.

8) Intellectual property

All Website content and materials (including text, documents, graphics, branding, and downloadable files) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9) Educational / medical disclaimer

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu, India will have jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
