Refund Policy

OBGYN LIBRARY sells digital downloads and provides subscription access (one-time and recurring). Because these are digital products/services delivered immediately, all sales are final.

1) No refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Digital downloads

• One-time subscription payments

• Recurring subscription payments(including renewal charges)

This applies even if you:

• don’t use the download/subscription,

• change your mind,

• forget to cancel before renewal,

• experience incompatibility due to your device/software.

2) Cancellation (recurring subscriptions)

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account/subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you’ll keep access until the end of the current paid billing period (unless stated otherwise at checkout). No partial refunds are provided.

3) Access issues / technical support

If you paid but can’t access your content, email drsharon771@gmail.com and we’ll work with you to restore access or re-send the download link (as applicable).
